Reservation and payment
How can a make a binding apartment reservation? After you fill out the reservation form on our website, we will confirm your reservation via email or phone. Then we will send you an invoice in the ammount of 50% of the overall price. Once the deposit or the full price is received at the bank account listed on the comfirmed reservation form, your reservation becomes binding and we will email you the voucher for your stay.
When and how do I make a payment After the apartment reservation is confirmed, the deposit in the amount of 50% of the overall price has to be payed to the bank account listed on the confirmed reservation form. The remaining amount has to payed in cash to the Vila Element’s administrator on the date of departure at the latest.
What currency do you accept? We accept payments in Czech Crowns or Euros. The price in Euros will be calculated based on the actual currency exchange rate on the day of reservation confirmation.
Prices
Are the prices listed per person or for the whole apartment? All prices aplly for the whole apartment, NOT per peson. There is a maximum amount of accommodated people (including on extra beds) listed for each apartment.
Are towels and bedding included in the apartment price? Yes.
Are there any additional fees to the apartment price? No, the price includes accommodation, utilities, final clean-up, bedding, towels, toiletries (toilet paper, soap) and the recreation fee. The price does not include insurance, transportation and meals.
Is breakfast included in the apartment price? No, the Breakfast baskets are only included in our Special packages or Holiday offers.
What is a Loyalty bonus and how can I earn it?
In case of a repeated stay at our Vila Element (at least 2 times), you are entitled to a 10% discount from to the current website prices. The discount is linked to your Identification number or ICO and is valid for all further stays.
What is a Refference bonus and how can I earn it? If you refer any client to Vila Element, who will present your Identification number or ICO stated in the confirmed reservation form, you will receive a 10% discount from to the current website prices at your next stay. The discount is linked to your Identification number or ICO and is valid for all further stays.
What is the cancelation fee? The cancelation fee information is located in the Terms and Conditions section of our website.
Arrival/Departure/Keys
How do I get to Vila Element upon arrival to Jesenik?
The map of Jesenik with a highlighted route straight to Vila Element is located in the Contact section of our website.
What are the check-in and check-out times? You can check in on the first day anytime between 3-6 PM and check out on the final day by 10 AM. If you would like a sooner arrival and/or later departure, please contact us and we will do our best to make it possible.
Where can I pick up or return the keys?Kde si mohu vyzvednout nebo vrátit klíče? The administrator of Vila Element will give over the keys, as well as the apartment you’re your arrival. The administrator will collect the keys and any outstanding payments at your departure. Please announce your departure time in advance.
I lost my keys! What do I do? Please contact the administrator immediately, or call 602 225 995. There is a fine of 500 CZK for lost keys, which will be charged with any outstanding paymens at your departure.
About Vila Element and its apartments
Is there an elevator in the Vila?
No, you can use the main stairs to get to apartments Natur and Vital. Apartment Solid is located on the bottom floor.
Is there a kitchen in the apartments? All apartments have a fully-equiped kitchen that includes a fridge with a freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven and other kitchenware.
Does each apartment have its own bathroom? Each apartment has a luxurious bathroom with a sink, shower bath, bath tub and toilet. Furthermore, all apartments have a separate toilet.
Is there an outside sitting possibility? Each apartment has its own outside sitting possibility (Apartment Vital-a lodzia, Apartment Natur- a balcony, Apartment Solid- a terrace). On top of the above, all guests are welcome to enjoy a joint terrace and grill.
Are the apartments equipped with a TV and internet connection? Each apartment has its own LCD TV with a satellite and home theatre system, as well as a high-speed internet connection (wired or wireless).
Do the apartments have central heating?
All apartments are connected to the central gas heating system. Furthermore, all bathrooms have electrically heated floors and thermostats in each apartment allow guests to adjust the room temperature individualy according to their preferences.
Can I wash and iron my clothes at Vila Element?
Yes. At our Vila, you will find a small laundry room equipped with an automatic laundry machine, steam iron and ironing board.
Where can I park? Vila Element offers indvidial parking spots within a secured property.
Is it possible to rent the apartments long-term? A long-term apartment rent, along with a more favourable price, is possible. The exact price will be calculated based on the length of your stay.
Is there a receptionist or anyone else available if we need anything? The Vila doesn’t have a reception, but the Vila’s administrator is at your service in case of any problems, questions or requests. The administrator’s contact information is listed on our website.
Can I use the common facilities of the Vila? Certainly. During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy the wine cellar with a kitchen, the sauna with a rest room, as well as the gameroom with table tennis, football and darts. The exterior of the Vila offers a spacious terrace with a grill and a fireplace.
Is Vila Element a good vacation spot for kids? Yes. Vila Element is a perfect place for those, who like an active mountain vacation with an exceptionally comfortable and luxurious accommodation. The Vila is built for relaxation (the sauna, the wine cellar, the terrace with a grill and a fireplace) and fun (the gameroom with table tennis, darts and football) for both kids and adults. Availibility of high chairs and cribs for young children is a given.

The area of Jesenik is a beautiful, yet undiscovered, mountain paradise. It offers a wide range of opportunities for sports, sight-seeing, relaxation, trips and fun. Around the town of Jesenik, you will find plenty of ski resorts for all kinds of winter sports and many kilometres of well-labelled paths for cycling and hiking. Other attractive ideas for activies inlude fishing, horseback riding or a ropes center visit. Jesenik has been a sought after holiday destination thanks to its spa history, as well as a broad range of cultural and social events possibilities. Can I buy grocceries anywhere close to the Vila?
There are two large supermarkets within a walking distance of Vila Element (Billa and Lidl), which are opened daily until 8 PM (weekends including).

Kdy a jak bude poukaz doručený? Dárkový poukaz Vám bude doručený emailem v pdf formátu ihned po jeho objednaní.
Jak je možné poukaz zaplatit? Dárkový poukaz lze zaplatit převodem na účet uvedený v záložce Smluvní podmínky a také v potvrzení, které Vám bude zasláno emailem. Poukaz musí být uhrazen do 7 dní po obdržení potvrzení emailem, jinak pozbývá platnost.
Mohu si poukaz uplatnit v průběhu celého roku? Dárkový poukaz není možné uplatnit v čase Adventu.
Do kdy musí být poukaz uplatněný? Dárkový poukaz má platnost 1 rok ode dne vystavení.
Musí být stanoven termín pobytu při objednávaní? Ne, v objednávkovém formuláři stačí označit typ pobytu a jeho délku. Datum může být stanoven později při závazné rezervaci termínu telefonicky nebo emailem. Doporučujeme rezervaci učinit s časovým předstihem, aby bylo možné zajistit volnou kapacitu ve Vile Element.
